Flambi Products built DeadMan to help you manage deadlines. We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the app.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication information. We store the projects, Bites, dates, preferences, and completion data you choose to enter. We may also receive limited technical information needed to diagnose errors and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account access, synchronize your data across devices, deliver features you enable, maintain security, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information or use your project content for advertising.
Storage and service providers
DeadMan uses Supabase to provide authentication and secure cloud data storage. Information may be processed in the regions used by our service providers and is protected using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders, notification preferences are used only to schedule the reminders you request. You can change or disable notifications in DeadMan or your device settings.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated app data from our account deletion page.
Children
DeadMan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
